Support associates:
Prepare for new joiner (internal and external): pickup new joiner, PC arrangement, create user ID.
Support for accessories request/ exchange/ return for associates in department
Support exit checklist for associates (internal and external): exit checklist, record returned accessories.
Support for associates from Hanoi site: deliver items, gift distribution list, contact supporter.
Distribute gifts/vouchers/benefits on special occasion.
Tracking accessories and assets
Support in managing facilities and raising ticket for fixing or improvement.
Manage and record department assets and accessories.
Keep track and record computer deployment and replacement process.
Support department
Support in purchasing request for department (contact vendor, getting quotation, raise purchase order and follow-up, receive goods and delivery, process payment request or expense claim request)
Check and update employee list, (internal and external) and department organizational chart.
Coordinate with other department for associate benefit/ gifts.
Support in organizing department meeting, workshop, and other events.
Support in receiving/ sending courier.
Support in welcoming guest, invitation letter, investment certificate copies, laminated certificates.
Be willing to give support for Head of Department and department secretary for some arising issues.

Travel arrangement (TPS, transportation, visa, flight ticket, accommodation, advance and reimbursement, ...)
Travel/personal expenses claim manage
Calendar management
Participating meeting, taking meeting minute and topics follow up
Prepare monthly report and presentation for meetings/workshops
Collect DH's signature for paperwork and tracking
Personal contact point for DH (driver, family member...)3rd- 4th student in Business Administration, Secretary, Linguistic.
Could join full time in 6 months, from Mon to Fri
Good English skills (especially Speaking and Writing)
Good communication and team work
Hard working, dynamic, detail-oriented and well- organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point)Monthly Internship allowance + Meal & Parking allowance
1 day of paid leave per month
