• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of products and services.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor supply chain performance, proactively addressing any disruptions or inefficiencies to maintain a seamless flow of goods.
• Budget Management: Work closely with finance teams to create and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and cost-saving initiatives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the procurement of high-quality products that meet the company‘s standards and guest expectations.
• Inventory Control: Implement inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory costs.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small purchasing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Sustainability: Promote and integrate sustainable procurement practices, including responsible sourcing and waste reduction.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor‘s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master‘s degree preferred).
• 5 years of progressive experience in procurement and vendor management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
• Experience within the hospitality industry or similar environments is a plus.
