1.1 Operations & Quality Management

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the center, including customer service.

• Monitor and improve the quality of offline class operations (class schedules, facilities, and learner experience).

1.2 Financial Management

• Track and manage the center’s daily and monthly income and expenses.

• Control operating costs and propose solutions to optimize the budget.

1.3 Facilities & Vendor Management

• Manage the center’s facilities, equipment, and assets.

• Work with vendors (office supplies, equipment, repairs, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).

• Monitor equipment conditions and propose purchases, repairs, or replacements when necessary.

1.4 Other Administrative Tasks

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College or University graduate (no specific major required).

• Good command of English.

• 4–5 years of experience in roles such as Office Supervisor, Office Assistant, Store Manager, or equivalent positions.

• Strong overall management mindset with attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.

• Good skills in working with vendors, including tracking and controlling tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

• Basic knowledge of cost management and preparation of income–expense reports.

• Careful, proactive, flexible, with good problem-solving skills.
