- Support for Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for management.
- Assistance in Market Research:
- Support market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Help in analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Support in Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans for crop care products.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales goals.
- Product Management Support:
- Aid in the development and launch of new products.
- Help create and manage product marketing materials & posm, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Campaign Management Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in making data-driven adjustments.
- Customer Engagement Support:
- Help build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Help manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
- Assist in developing and optimizing content to enhance SEO and drive online engagement.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years experience, but a background in agriculture or marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Trở thành đại lý cấp 1 của Công ty CP Cơ khi xây dựng giao thông Tracomeco. Là đơn vị hàng đầu phân phối các dòng sản phẩm xe khách, xe bus 29, 34, 39, 37, 40, 47 ghế, 38, 40, 42 giường. Tất cả nội thất, ngoại thất và linh, phụ kiện đều được nhập khẩu 100% từ Hyundai Hàn Quốc do nhà máy Tracomeco lắp ráp và sản xuất.
