- Shifts with 5,5 days per week, not exceeding 48 hours per week.
- Main shifts of Guest Relation Officer: 6am - 2:30pm,
9am - 5:30pm, 12pm - 8:30pm or 2pm - 10:30pm.

• Proactively seek feedback on guest satisfaction and resolve problems
• To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up
• Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
• Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
• Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
• Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
• Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP guests
• Coordinate with Front Office Team to check the departure list for the following day – contact VIP guests to arrange airport transfers, if necessary
