• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities such as Tax Department, Customs, Auditors, Department of Planning and Investment... regarding inspections, audits, and financial reporting.
• Manage and train the accounting team; assign tasks appropriately to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Review and verify the accuracy and legitimacy of accounting documents, contracts, and transactions related to logistics services, transportation, warehousing, import and export activities.
• Develop, implement, and supervise internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, cost control, revenue and profit management.
• Organize, manage, and oversee all accounting and financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with current laws and in alignment with the characteristics of the logistics – forwarding industry.

• Act as a financial advisor to the General Director on cost policy, cash flow management, and financial strategies in the short, medium, and long term.
• Analyze financial data periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually) to support the Board of Directors in decision- making: evaluating business performance, capital efficiency, cost control, and proposing financial improvement solutions.
• Plan and monitor budgets, cash flows, tax reports, and tax finalization (CIT, VAT, etc.), ensuring all tax obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Organize periodic asset inventory; monitor the use of assets, tools, goods and assess usage efficiency.

• Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
• Good command of English in accounting and logistics context: able to read and understand international shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, invoice, packing list), and communicate with foreign partners via email and basic conversation.
• Proficiency in accounting software, especially MISA and FMS
• Strong system thinking, organizational skills, and ability to lead and manage an accounting team effectively.
• Strong ability to consolidate and analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and evaluate business performance.
• Possess a valid Chief Accountant Certificate.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the position of Chief Accountant in Logistics – Forwarding or companies involved in import/export activities.
• Professional, honest, detail- oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
• In- depth understanding and solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), especially Excel for financial analysis and data processing.
