Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our online business. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from strategy development to execution.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure e-commerce success.

E-commerce Operations:

• Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on our e-commerce platform.

• Optimize website performance for search engines (SEO) and user experience.

• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and customer service operations.

Digital Marketing:

• Collaborate with Communication Team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email).

• Analyze customer data to identify target audiences and personalize marketing efforts.

• Optimize website conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous improvement.

UX/UI Design:

• Collaborate with designers & website development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile app.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Collaborate with CRM team to implement and manage customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

Team Management:

• Collaborate with e-commerce professionals, including marketing specialists, customer service representatives, and developers.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.

• Proven track record of driving online sales and increasing revenue.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Haravan, Shopify,…).

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).

• Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
