Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to join their team in Ho Chi Minh. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive support in all aspects of HR programs, including recruitment, manpower planning, payroll administration, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and training.

What you'll do:

As an HR Director, your role will be pivotal in shaping the human resources landscape within the organisation. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, participating in manpower planning, conducting salary surveys, reviewing HR policies, maintaining personnel records, proposing training plans and handling employee relations activities. Your ability to handle these responsibilities effectively will contribute significantly to the overall success of the organisation.

• Manage recruitment and screening processes for assigned employee groups
• Participate in manpower planning and staff orientation for new hires
• Conduct annual salary surveys and participate in people cost budgeting & estimation
• Review and implement HR policies, benefits and insurance
• Maintain database and personnel records ensuring data integrity
• Propose and coordinate training plans, conduct Performance Management System briefing sessions
• Handle employee relations activities such as annual staff functions, CSR initiatives
• Assist in annual performance management, salary review, bonus recommendations processes

What you bring:

As an ideal candidate for the HR Director position, you bring a wealth of experience from your previous roles in generalist HR. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills have served you well in your career thus far, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams. Your ability to work independently under pressure is commendable. Furthermore, your fluency in both English and Vietnamese sets you apart.

• Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist HR
• Experience in MNC/sizeable companies & serving diverse teams is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work independently & under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Vietnamese
