• Enhances guest recognition at all times by addressing guests by name and interacting them on a professional level.

• Always offers an alternative if a requested service is unavailable.

• Always visible to guests by being present at the reception desk. 

• Be fully conversant with Banyan Tree Spa services and facilities in order to be able to make helpful recommendations, and to be able to up-sell Spa services and Spa products.

• Answers telephone calls in a professional, courteous and polite manner in accordance with hotel’s standards. 

• Accepts and accurately record all guest bookings for Spa service in accordance with departmental procedures. 

• Ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with hotel’s accounting procedures. 

• Accepts responsibility for, and to show initiative in decision making when handling minor guest objectives, in order to enhance guest satisfaction. 

• Refers major guest objections to immediate superior to prevent further guest dissatisfaction

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent 

• Good interpersonal skills required. Interacts principally with colleagues and occasionally with guests

• Ability to work under pressure

• Highly customer oriented and result driven 

• Strong sense of commitment and of unquestionable integrity

• Thorough understanding of business

• Good English language skills
