Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (Marsh Insurance, Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances). Responsible for HRS part on onboarding process (instruct new hired to fill in and submit P-files). Responsible for employees' profile, labour contract. Consult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare, dependent, social insurance, payslip...) Support to input data for monthly salary period E-file and P-file project Other assignment from supervisor 2. Full-time undergraduate students majoring in Business English or Business Administration with a strong interest in Human Resources. No prior work experience required; active participation in school/social activities is a plus. Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interpersonal skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill, Presentation skills. Eyes for details and good organization skills. High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality, able to work in multicultural teams. Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development. 4.
