Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly
Manage meeting room booking
Manage company taxi cards and parking services
Manage stationery for the office
Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company.Under-graduate students, can join full-time internship in 6 months. Working day: Monday-Friday
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong customer focus
Eyes for details and good organization skills.Monthly Internship allowance + Meal & Parking allowance
