Responsibility 1: Manage existing rental items /Develop and Search for new rental items to apply to advertising and marketing:
Manage existing rental items (capture unleased items, lease items that are about to expire...).
Exploit all empty spaces such as wall ceilings/floors/shelves... for leasing displays promoting products.
Survey the status of leasing of competitors, grasp the strengths of LOTTE Mart (the number of shoppers/store location near the center ...) to invite customers who are professional advertising companies with new equipment/types of advertising / not yet available at LOTTE Mart
Figure out leasing plan, set rent budget, and proceed with progress management for assigned projects, then establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals to meet required
Receiving booking requests from the product procurement department
Responsibility 2: Manage &promote the development of outdoor billboards:
Implement the rental of outdoor billboards to support the improvement of the image outside the branches.
Allocate outdoor billboards for Lottemart internal use to advertise private brands such as No.1 Grocery, LOTTEMart.vn,....
Ensure maximum billboard images are always fresh in terms of content and print quality.
Responsibility 3: Manage the requirements for leasing positions, and contracts:
Review and approve advertising rental requirements
Check the information of the new contract, and compare it with the information on the approved advertising rental request before submitting it to the director of the rental counter.
Monitoring the update of lease information, and lease status in data management files
Carry out inspection of rental counters once a quarter
Responsibility 5: Check and make reports at the request of superiors:
Check and report monthly ad rental revenue
Check and report on the item of contract expiry, needs to be extended or dismantled.
Bachelor's degree in any field
3 years of working experience in the Commercial Leasing/ Retail field is required, with 2-3 years in a similar the position is a plus
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
Proficient computer skill
Be good at leadership and coping with high workload.
Have good teamwork and develop others skill
Salary: Negotiable
