ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES A. CONTENT MARKETING 1. Create & update content for webpages 2. Plan & create resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness 3. Plan & create various types of content as per requirement such as guides, editorial, offers, blog posts, v-logs, info-graphics etc. 4. Create digital & printed materials for POSM 5. Research actively on keywords and trends, and incorporate new ideas / keywords respectively into content planning 6. Develop and maintain blogging strategy for SEO 7. Grow our subscriber base and audience 8. Work with online sales, operation, product, and influencers and other industry experts 9. Set up and maintain information portal of Bhaya - The Cruise Company B. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING 1. Support to manage all social media platforms with the target to build a strong online community that increase brand awareness and leads to sales 2. Executing social media campaigns 3. Research on content & target groups 4. Develop and maintain new/current social media channels to better engage with audience 5. Crafting compelling content or getting it developed 6. Identifying interaction trends and analyzing engagement data 7. Being on top of latest social media trends C. ONLINE & OFFLINE PUBLICATIONS 1. Deal with publications: list of publications, journalists, quotations to book advertisings, PR articles, printed materials, etc. 2. Create content for all publications: press release, PR articles, advertisements, etc. 3. Manage all online and printed publications, including POSM and onboard materials to ensure content quality and branding consistency across all materials. 4. Deal with companies/travel agents to advertise on their brochures, flyers, guide books 5. Look for co-branding opportunities, themed events to organize & promote cruise brands... 6. Keep and develop relationships with journalists, KOLs, KOCs, bloggers... D. PR & COMMUNCIATION 1. Plan and execute PR, branding, and communication activities adhering to the brand positioning and strategy from the BODs. 2. Execute external & internal events including Fam trips, inspection trips, theme cruises, as well as internal events. 3. Handle newspaper/ media partnerships, media exchange, photo/video shooting, internal events... for branding purposes 4. Foster and maintain a network of journalists, media specialists, and KOLs/ KOCs for both domestic and inbound markets to boost brand awareness for all products. E. REPORTS AND OTHER TASKS 1. Prepare monthly/quarterly/ annual reports on content performance, social channel performance, PR & Communication performance. 2.
