OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager. The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Implementation & Control:
  • Being responsible for the management of all core cross-functional projects, for both the performance achievement (numbers) and implementation progress (workplan).
  • Overseeing the implementation of projects and ensuring that all stakeholders are carrying out their tasks efficiently and on time while upholding the company’s standards.
  • Continuously evaluating projects’ performance to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Design & Development:
  • In charge of the design and development of the system for PMO
  • Planning project management, including setting KPIs and deadlines, forecasting, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Planning project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Conducting required analyses of productivity metrics (capacity utilization, funnels lead time, etc.) to find room for improvement.
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop other related projects when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • Must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years experience in the role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
  • Deep analytical mindset and capability of finding efficient solutions independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent coordination and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and to organize data effectively.
  • Good to have
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Understanding with experiences in the B2B sector, especially agency businesses.
