Provide day-to-day technical support on end user device hardware.
Install, configure and troubleshoot end user devices including desktop, laptop, mobile device...
Plan, create, maintain (through inventory management) and deploy security and device management policies and conduct periodic security audits on devices to ensure compliance to security standards
Coordinate with IT Security to create Standard Operation Procedure and update fix, patch... for devices according to Security requirement.
Recommend hardware and software solutions.

University/ College degree or equivalent, preferably in IT or technical areas.
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in IT industry
Reliable, punctual
Customer focus skill
Capable to work in a team as well as individual
Good ability to self-train on new technologies
Basic reading, writing in EnglishLaptop
