VITOX VN - The first organization in Viet Nam to analyze the quality of products in the US to meet CA Prop 65
Install and configure Microsoft products (Windows, MS Office, DC, Tool...).
Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by end users.
Communicate with end users in a clear and concise manner
Document and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Onsite to support simple problems according to instructions.
Assemble, warranty, maintain and install software for PC devices, laptops, printers, photocopiers, office machines...
Refill ink, replace components and supplies for printers and photocopiers
Guide and support customers to use and install printing via teamview, Ultraview...
Design and installation of computer network systems, network security (if any)
Install server configuration, backup system, email and web applications...
Install and configure Microsoft products (Windows, MS Office, DC, Tool...).
