· Issue membership cards and vouchers

· Manage customers' accounts and maintain customer databases

· Issue VAT invoice as request promptly, accurately and timely

· Conduct VAT refund procedure

· Provide Gift wrapping service to customers

· Update Lost and Found book, return lost things to owner

· Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

· Provide pricing and delivery information

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries

· Handle and resolve customer complaints

· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

· Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

· Record details of actions taken

· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

· Check and maintain audio system in good condition and ready to use

· Make announcement, play music, and promotion clips timely

· Checks, clean, maintain clean customer service area and daily housekeeping duties

· Any other duties as and when assigned by the company

· Bachelor Degree with related major

· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

· At least 01-year experience in Customer Service

· Experience in working for MNC is favorable

· Fluent in English for all skills: speaking, writing, listening & reading

· Proficient in MS Office application

· Interpersonal skills

· Being able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays when required
