This role is pivotal in expanding sales operations in Vietnam and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a highperforming sales team, developing effective sales strategies, managing the entire sales process, cultivating relationships with VIP customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's real estate operations in Vietnam. You will be tasked with building a high-performing sales team that can effectively target Vietnamese customers and drive property sales. Your role will involve managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. You will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with VIP customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of your strategies.
The ideal candidate for this Sales Director position brings proven experience in a similar senior role within the real estate industry. You possess strong leadership skills that inspire your team towards achieving set goals. Your excellent command of English coupled with Mandarin speaking skills gives you an edge in this role. You have demonstrated success in selling to VIP customers and managing a VIP customer database. Your in-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices will be key in this role.
