• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for Korean-speaking guests.
• Process guest registrations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
• Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and assist with any billing inquiries.
• Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions in both English and Korean.
• Assist Korean-speaking guests with specific requests, bookings (e.g., tours, restaurants, spa), and transportation arrangements.
• Answer incoming calls and emails, providing accurate and helpful information to guests in both English and Korean.
• Actively listen to guest feedback and concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate effectively with other resort departments (e.g., Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately.
• Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

• Have at least 01 years of in the same position
• Foreign languages: Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential, priority is given to candidates with English communication
• Computer: Proficient in office computer
