• Manage and responsible for sales result and all activities of the store chains.
• Manage income, costs, gross profit and ensure operations achieve sales target.
• Manage people, store operations and environment to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals
• Implement the oriented marketing programs and sales activities.
• Propose the sales plan to increase sales.
• Work with related partner to build an effective management system for sale activities and to maintain target customers.• Over 5 years of experience with the same position in retail home appliances
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
• In-depth knowledge of retail store chain development
• Experience in planning promotions.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Range lương: $1500-$2000
