● Develop and implement a digital strategy aligned with business objectives
● Drive digital transformation and innovation within the organization.
● Manage our online presence across websites, social media, and mobile apps.
● Enhance customer experiences through personalized digital strategies.
● Use data analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.
● Communicate progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.
● Stay updated with digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
● Get understanding of how all digital channels work together to deliver a holistic media plan, including paid search and social
● Conduct research on market trends, audiences and end-to-end consumer journeys to drive engagement and conversions.
● Familiar with inbound marketing tools, such as: email marketing, CMS, CRM,...
● Coordinate with both internal and external teams to organize and ensure high levels of campaign performance, lead and enrollment are delivered
● Other task assigned by line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Minimum Bachelor Degree.
● Good command of both Vietnamese and English.
● At least 3 years working experience in a similar field.
● Demonstrated experience managing Facebook ads, Chatbot, Messenger ads, other types of popular social media marketing.
● Solid understanding of budget and performance optimization.
● Knowledgeable of digital analytics, web and social media metrics.
