1. Execute and Manage Advertising Campaigns: execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google to meet KPIs related to lead generation and revenue from hotel rooms and banquet services.

2. Budget Management: Create marketing plans for social media channels, manage and control the advertising budget to ensure efficient spending and achievement of KPIs.

3. Content Optimization: Create and optimize content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Website to ensure engaging and relevant posts.

4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor website traffic for the Banquet and provide regular internal reports. Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve results.

5. Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring that Facebook, Instagram, website and other platforms are regularly updated with fresh and engaging content.

6. Market Trend Updates: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly for the restaurant and hotel industry.

7. Other Duties as Assigned by Management: Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned by line management and/ or Board of directors.

1. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, specifically running, managing & analyzing Meta ads.

2. Has experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry or related is a plus advantage.

3. Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Meta and Google advertising, including ad optimization and performance tracking. Experience with SEO is a plus.

4. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

5. Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
