Requirements

Proven work experience in Business project management / Business executive or similar role, that perform knowledge and experience in implementing & delivering banking project/program; preferred to credit, digitalization, AI

Ability to compete for priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, desire to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required

Strong interpersonal skills including communication and influence others

Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience using problem-solving and data analytic skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements

Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level

Quick learner and interested in learning new technologies/products

Familiar with Agile principles; scaled agile experience preferred;

Familiar with Jira and related project management functions

Preference: AGI, credit card collection, credit card digital onboarding, customer facing
