Mô tả Công việc
1/ B2C Platform Optimization (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
- Strategy Development: Create and implement platform-specific strategies to boost product visibility, conversion rates, and maximize revenue on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Campaign Execution: Execute targeted campaigns including flash sales, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content to increase engagement and conversions for each platform.
- Analytics and Optimization: Regularly analyze key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, customer retention) and adjust strategies to optimize ad spend and enhance product placement.
- Content and Listing Optimization: Maintain high-quality product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to increase visibility and attractiveness across platforms.
2/ B2B E-commerce Platform Development and Management
- Website Transformation: Lead the transformation of Ly Gia Vien’s website into a B2B-focused e-commerce platform, catering to small- and mid-sized restaurants, cafes, and hospitality providers.
- Customer Experience Design: Develop a user-friendly interface tailored to B2B buyers, incorporating features like bulk ordering, custom quotes, and account management.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Funnels: Build strategies for lead capture and conversion, including gated content, targeted B2B campaigns, and personalized product recommendations.
3/ Data-Driven Strategy and Performance Analysis
- Cross-Platform Analytics: Oversee performance analysis across both B2C and B2B channels, tracking sales trends, customer behavior, and ROI for all campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data insights to refine strategies and adapt to evolving market trends and customer feedback.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate monthly reports for leadership, outlining key metrics, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations for both B2C and B2B channels.
4/ Marketing Automation and Personalization
- Personalized B2B Communications: Utilize marketing automation to create segmented email campaigns and tailored offers based on account type, purchase history, and engagement levels.
- Retention Campaigns for B2B Accounts: Design and manage nurturing campaigns for B2B clients, such as onboarding series, product updates, and reorder reminders to enhance customer lifetime value.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
E-commerce Expertise: Demonstrated experience with B2C e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and in building / managing B2B E-Commerce websites.
Platform Optimization and SEO: In-depth knowledge of marketplace optimization, product listing SEO, and paid advertising strategies.
Data Analytics: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics, and CRM insights for data-driven decision-making.
CRM and Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with platforms like ActiveCampaign and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage customer engagement.
B2B Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B Sales processes, customer needs, and purchasing behaviors to enhance the B2B E-Commerce experience.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills for managing platform strategies, website transformation, and cross-functional collaboration effectively.
