OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Function is an Payable Accountant including but not limited to internal and external reporting
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Issue invoices and collect payments from customers.
- Verify payment documents according to regulations.
- Plan debt payments to suppliers as agreed upon.
- Make payment orders to suppliers.
- Record accounting transactions generated into the accounting software.
- Process, record, and verify accounting transactions.
- Other tasks assigned by the leader.
- Assist reparation of monthly/yearly closings and financial statements
- Assist PIT, VAT, WHT reports
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Heath in good condition
- Experienced in Accounting at least 2 year.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, technical accounting skills
- Male or female, from 23-30 years old
- English skill (reading and writing)
- Excel skill, familiar with computer related basic skills
- Initiative & team work
- Careful, integrity, and hard-working, attention to detail and accuracy
