• Ensure all payments (Cash/Cheque/GIRO/TT) are posted and reconciled accurately and on time
• Ensure credit card postings and payments are reconciled
• Review all charge-backs from credit card companies and report to supervisor
• Ensure all deposits and prepayments are posted timely and accurately
• Check Banquet Event Orders to confirm deposits are received and recorded
• Raise Invoices/Credit Notes as required and ensure they are posted correctly
• Check Waivers and Late Charges for accuracy before submission
• Check all invoices/billings before sending to clients
• Support handling guests’ billing enquiries and escalate to supervisor when needed
• Assist in preparing AR Aging reports and follow up under supervision
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of AR records
• Coordinate with related departments (Front Office, F&B, Sales…) to collect necessary information

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
