This position is responsible for managing Korean accounts, maintaining a long term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities with them.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• New business development in Korean customer segment (40%)
• Define the potential opportunities and timely discover prospects
• Approach customer for needs confirmation
• Prepare solution proposal; lead customer interactions and commercial negotiations to finalize contracts
• Report call visit in BAR+ and maintain relationship with potential customers
• Manage Korean customers (50%)
• Direct customers managing(On-Site level customers) (20%)
• Lead the team and support Korean speaking SR on managing the other customers incl. PG support to achieve team target (30%)
• Deliver committed agreement and discover additional/ new demand of existing customer.
• Build good relationship, customer intimacy with customers.
• Find solution to meet additional demand or enquiry
• Handle issues/ customer complaint such as commercial issues, deliveries, quality, collection,... with support from related stake holders
• Regular visit customer
• Renew contract at its expiration.
• Market intelligence and market report (10%)
• Establish and update market data in Korean customer segment (customers, competitors)
• Build basin report for highly potential area.
• Promote company image by attending exhibition, seminar, or relevant events.
• Well understanding gas application and search/ develop new/ hidden market.
