Role Description

• Accurately and promptly execute salary, bonus, and employee benefit calculations.

• Participate in developing and refining competitive, fair, and attractive compensation and benefit policies to attract and retain talent.

• Manage and update the C&B data system swiftly and accurately through internal or third-party applications.

• Provide consultation, address inquiries, and support employees on matters related to labor rights and compensation policies.

• Ensure that all processes and policies related to C&B comply with current legal regulations.

• Monitor, compile, and oversee attendance, salary, bonus calculations, and employee insurance policies.

• Ensure that records and documents related to salaries and benefits are fully, accurately, and confidentially maintained.

• Support internal activities and events related to employee welfare and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits; candidates with experience in tech companies or startups are preferred.

• In-depth understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law, and relevant regulations.

• Proficiency in Excel, particularly in using calculation formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and generating payroll, bonus, and benefit-related reports.

• Strong multitasking and time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines consistently.

• Highly collaborative and willing to support colleagues as needed.

• Quick learner, adaptable to new technology tools, particularly those leveraging data management and AI-driven workflow optimization.

• Proactive, flexible, and capable of thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
