3. Job Description
- Fully exploit the assigned customer base (work contact, introduce company products with presales, contact/get contact information of decision makers)
- Search for more customers outside the assigned set, contact to advise and convince customers to use the company's products and services.
- Responsible for fully exploiting assigned customer segments.
- Coordinate with the technical department to clarify customer needs, build overall solutions and quote prices for customers.
- Participate in bidding and negotiate and sign contracts with customers when winning the bid.
- Support project management department during implementation for customers.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers (taking care of customers on special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, New Year, founding days...)
- Responsible for being the focal point for debt collection.
- Participate, contribute, build, and plan sales strategies and policies according to assigned customer segments/groupsYêu Cầu Công Việc
4. Requirements and Skills
- Experience: From 2 years of experience or more in the field of technical consulting and project implementation in the field of IT, network, security
- Knowledge: Knowledge of products and services in charge; Understanding the concept of information security solutions that the company is providing;
- Skills: Good communication and presentation English skills.
