CRM system building and implementation Establish workflows for data capture while always ensuring data integrity Enable CRM workflow automation and minimize basic transactional tasks Drive CRM configuration design innovation by exploring, understanding, explaining, and implementing the CRM functional potential Understand business dynamics and set-up insightful and structured reporting dashboards within the CRM functionalities in alignment with the management guidelines Enable CRM system integration with third-party software Make the CRM evolve by integrating and supporting new functionalities 2. Responsible for preparing user training material and guidelines. Develop training manuals on how to use the CRM Provide support & guidance to colleagues and customers that use the CRM software, including support to the training team Ensure clear and referenceable configuration documentation 3. CRM Service escalation support for end-users Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology in deeply technical issues. Meeting with teams to help them analyze business trends. Work with team members to solve the big impact issues. 4. Data analysis support. Analyze complex customer data sets and take initiatives to maintain the data integrity. Monitor daily data feed, and verify the accuracy of customer dataYêu Cầu Công Việc Graduated in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant majors. 1+ years in CRM product or relevant experience Intermediate knowledge of SQL/ Database/ API to "Oversee CRM data governance Experience with HubSpot/ Creatio or similar marketing automation system is plus Strong English communication skills Troubleshooting software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology.
