1. Proceed analysis procedure and ensure the effectiveness of procedures. 2. Support the ESD management system establishment and certification activities. 3. Keep communication with peer in China Factories to collect the lesson learnt (including customer complaints, customer returns, 3rd party audit findings, customer audit findings etc ), established improvement and preventive actions whenever applicable. 4. Work directly under Sr Quality manager with regular reporting the follow up progress. Support the activity assigned by QA/QE manager. 5. Communicate with the other departments to define the appropriate quality improvement actions and drive quality improvement activities. 6. Carry out Internal Quality system audit to the production lines to ensure the Quality system compliance to WTVN procedure documents. 7. Support the customer audit activities (including preparation, pre-audit and follow up of customer feedback issues) 8. Technical support and Training support to all staff for quality improvement activities. 9. Support the equipment buyoff activities.1. Graduate in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. 2. At least 1 years' experience as QC/QA staff in related environment 3. Knowledgeable of different QC too ls and methodologies 4. Exposures on problem solving techniques 5. Ability to drive for continuous improvement 6. Strong analytical skills 7. Good English ability 8. Have the knowledge of ISO/TS16949, AS9100, and ISO13485. 9.
