Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening,and interviewing to ensure business needs across the Operations are met in a timely and consistent manner.
Analyze the recruitment needs of each department, plan recruitment and allocate resources appropriately.
Develop annual recruitment budget, ensure control of human resources when receiving recruitment requests, and carry out recruitment work promptly to ensure resource planning of departments.
Improve the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and candidate friendliness.
Execute employment branding initiatives on social media channels.
Build strong relationships with employees from divers backgrounds, effectively addressing cultural differences and promoting inclusivity.
Support Organize engagement activities for in-charge teams (Outing trip, Year-end party, other events...)
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies during the recruitment process.
Support and coordinate with other departments in the company to recruit qualified personnel.
Performs other ad hoc & related duties as assignedHave at least 2 years of experience in the field of recruitment and human resource management.
Graduated with major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Have basic knowledge of Human Resources Management and Labor Law.
Excellent communication and networking skills, maintain relationships.Working time: Mon-Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)
