I. Supply and Demand Jobs:
• Adjust monthly sales forecast based on steps in the "Sales forecast review" direction.
• Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and methods followed.
• Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to create the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and inventory levels).
• Propose adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
• Participate in forecast and inventory planning meetings with Marketing, Sales Planning, Production Planning, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions).
• Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that approved by management.
• Other tasks as requested by Supply Chain Manager and Supervisor.
II. North-South shipment:
a) For normal Finished Goods:
• Work with DC Replenishment to transfer goods from North to South, based on direction.
b) For customized goods (Promotion and sampling goods):
• Work with DC Replenishment to transfer from North to South. Be responsible for the timeline and goods quantity shipped until to the South warehouse.
III. Supply and demand Job for gifts:
• Discussing with Sales promotion programs with gifts and special pack, calculating in making timeline for gift to keep a reasonable inventory and save cost
• Following sale progress of promotion program with gifts and work with Sales and Purchasing to adjust timeline of gift for new promotion program in bringing best effective for promotion program.
IV. Supply and demand Job for packing promotion goods:
• In cooperation with Marketing and relevant departments to deliver relevant materials to third party for customization with a timely manner. If there is any delay caused by late delivery, it is supposed that all information would be shared and got a consensus among the division about promotion timeline in the meeting.
• Be responsible for semi-finished goods items in BOM, recheck final BOM ensuring that all components are correct, send out request replacing BOM component (if any)
• Based on promotional mechanic and progress, work with Marketing to finalize quantity to be customized and follow up the inventory of customized finished goods.
• Send the order to ship Semi-finished goods to customization warehouse and send the order to ship Finished Goods from customization warehouse to Main Finished Goods warehouse.
• After finishing packing promotion goods, transfer all redundant Semi-Finished Goods and pcs to the FG warehouse and Raw material warehouse.
• Monitor closely customized inventory and work with Sales and Marketing to push sales in line with promotion timeline.- Fresh or experience.
- Good & Excellent Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, SCM
- TOEIC 650 or above.
- Excellent in communication.
- Good in Teamwork and can work under pressure.
- Understanding FMCG working environment: work in fast environment and need to take decision quickly.
- Understanding SCM, Suppy & Demand Planning, Logistics can be advantageous.
- Experience with company with large number of transactions, dealing with lots of data can be advantageous.Compensation & Benefits:
