1. Procurement Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Evaluate supplier performance, and negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing, terms, and quality.
- Forecast procurement needs and manage purchasing plans for various departments.
2. Supplier Management:
- Identify and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and compliance with contract terms.
- Address and resolve issues related to suppliers, including delays, quality concerns, or pricing discrepancies.
3. Inventory Control:
- Manage and oversee inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of materials while minimizing excess stock.
- Work with the warehouse or inventory management teams to track and reorder goods.
4. Cost Control:
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce costs.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the purchasing team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, operations, production) to forecast needs and resolve any issues.
6. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and vendor performance to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a management or supervisory position.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MC).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and procurement tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and make strategic purchasing decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
