Mô tả công việc
- Find out market needs and needs of different customer groups.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce the hotel's products and services.
- Establish and develop business relationships with customers.
- Answer customer questions during and after contract implementation.
- Resolve guest complaints in a way that does not affect the hotel's reputation and brand.
- Prepare necessary documents as required by the hotel sales team: contracts, quotes...
- Arrange schedules and manage daily appointments of the sales department head. Answer phone calls, faxes, and emails to contact the sales and marketing departments.
- Manage files and documents about customers and provide them when requested by relevant responsible staff.
- Support in handling after-sales activities and complaints from customers when required.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning the hotel's marketing and advertising activities.
- Support the preparation and implementation of advertising programs and campaigns.
