Work you will do

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions
Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state
Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
Perform SAP configuration and tests. Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.
Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
Senior Consultant will require a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP, preferably with 4-6 end to end full life cycle SAP ABAP implementations with team leading experience.
Strong in Product Costing and Material Ledger is most preferred
SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage
Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus
Good communication and presentation skills in English to build relationship and work closely with client stakeholders
Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design.
Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solution
Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

Công ty Cổ phần Giáo dục và Đào tạo IMAP Việt Nam được thành lập vào tháng 10 năm 2012, ba nhà đồng sáng lập là chị Nguyễn Thị Hoa (Chủ tịch HĐQT IMAP Việt Nam), chị Nguyễn Thị Giang (Tổng giám đốc IMAP Việt Nam) và chị Nguyễn Thị Nhật Lệ (Phó Tổng giám đốc IMAP Việt Nam). Trải qua hơn một thập kỷ phát triển, IMAP đã sở hữu 5 thương hiệu đào tạo tiếng Anh uy tín với mạng lưới hệ thống cơ sở trải rộng khắp các tỉnh, thành lớn trên cả nước.

Hành trình truyền cảm hứng học tiếng Anh bắt nguồn từ niềm đam mê ngôn ngữ và cách tiếp cận, giảng dạy ngôn ngữ khác biệt của chị Nguyễn Thị Hoa (thường được gọi là Ms Hoa). Thời sinh viên, chị Hoa từng đi giảng dạy tình nguyện cho các bạn làng trẻ Birla, Hà Nội. Nhìn thấy nụ cười của các bạn nhỏ khi được tiếp xúc với ngôn ngữ và văn hóa mới, chị nhận ra bản thân có khả năng truyền tải ngôn ngữ dễ hiểu đồng thời khơi dậy được tình yêu ngôn ngữ ở người học. Sau đó, chị kiên trì đi dạy tại một số trung tâm và ngày càng nhận được nhiều sự tin yêu từ học trò. Chị quyết tâm gắn bó với sự nghiệp giáo dục và đào tạo tiếng Anh.

Chị nuôi dưỡng ước mơ mang tiếng Anh đến với hàng triệu người Việt. Đó cũng chính là thời điểm IMAP Việt Nam được nhen nhóm thành lập. Với sự đồng hành của Ms Giang và đội ngũ cộng sự chung khát khao, chung mục tiêu, chị bắt đầu xây dựng thương hiệu riêng vào năm 2012, đó là trung tâm đào tạo TOEIC mang tên Ms Hoa TOEIC (tiền thân của Anh ngữ Ms Hoa - một thương hiệu trực thuộc IMAP Việt Nam). Sau đó không lâu, những thương hiệu đào tạo tiếng Anh khác ra đời và ngày càng nhận được nhiều sự tin yêu từ học viên.

Một thập kỷ trôi qua, từ một lớp học ban đầu, Ms Hoa cùng cộng sự đã phát triển hệ thống trung tâm Anh ngữ có quy mô lên tới trên 100 cơ sở trải rộng ở các tỉnh, thành phố lớn như: Hà Nội, TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Đà Nẵng, Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh, Bình Dương, Đồng Nai... Cùng với sự phát triển về số lượng cơ sở, IMAP đang ngày càng tập trung cải tiến phương pháp đào tạo nhằm nâng cao giá trị trải nghiệm và khơi nguồn cảm hứng học tiếng Anh trong mỗi học viên.
