Position: Hair Innovation Planner

Working place: Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00

1. Main responsibilities:

Lead Global Led Innovation Networks (Hair – Import & Local Portfolio)

Represent Vietnam Innovation Planning (IP) in global led and regional Hair innovation networks (both import and local), consolidating VN status, risks and decisions, and following through actions to closure to ensure network OTIF.
Build, maintain, and track project networks (timelines, critical path, dependencies) from kick off to launch; hold functions accountable to gate dates and risk mitigations; prepare inputs to gate/decision papers.

Execute VN Planning Responsibilities In Innovation Governance

Own and execute all planning related actions from network discussions, including:
Master data creation (materials, BOM, codes, pricing).
Artwork (AW) approval in BLUE.
Coordination of data, system, and supply readiness before gate/launch milestones.

Facilitate Network & Governance Critical Points

Drive alignment across functions (Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Quality, LTCP, Factory/3PM) on key decision points.
Ensure cross functional teams meet planning requirements to deliver network OTIF (timelines, documentation, dependencies, capability readiness).
Align capacity, capex & lead time assumptions across sourcing sites and functions; ensure PO/production/shipment plans meet market launch windows

Lead Stock Transition Management

Own the end to end run out/run in management for innovation and renovation changes.
Partner with internal planners and business teams to minimize write offs, secure service continuity, and land transitions with high accuracy.
Primary IP Contact for Front End & LTCP Communication
Act as the single point of contact to communicate innovation launch timings, milestone updates, and supply/capability risks to:
Front end teams (Marketing, Demand Creation, Customer Service & Planning).
LTCP and internal planning stakeholders for operational alignment.
Ensure VN teams have clear visibility of project status for commercial, supply, and S&OP decision making.

2. Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 2 years of planning experience; FMCG experience is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of supply chain planning, innovation processes, master data, and artwork workflows (BLUE is a plus).

Strong stakeholder management across cross functional teams.
Demonstrated project management capability (timelines, risk management, coordination).
Strong problem solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
Effective communication and influencing skills, able to bring clarity and alignment across functions.

Critical Success Measures (KPIs)

Launch OTIF (network launch timing as aligned)
Service at Launch (weeks 0–8) and stabilization (weeks 9–12)
Inventory & write off avoidance during transitions (incl. pre order discipline)

3. Salary and Benefits:
