- Manage:
+ Manage sales staff in Hanoi & HCM
+ Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring sales staff performance of the International Sales Department
- Responsible for the management and decision- making on the following issues:
+ Process management and operational activities
+ Find a partner & Build a route according to the company&039;s plan
+ Management of shipping partners, customs clearance services, connections
+ Service quality management: ensure goods are operated according to commitments with customers.
+ Develop plans and strategies of the International Sales Department by week/month/year to serve development goals.
+ Make sales plans, sales promotion programs for each service group
+ Build products/services; sales policy and operating procedures
- Inter- departmental cooperation:
+ Coordinate with other departments to build product management processes, human resource management... according to the company&039;s strategy
+ Coordinate with related departments to carry out sales through direct and indirect channels
- Complete assigned targets:
+ Indirect sales: Through the operation team, domestic sales
+ Direct sales revenue: According to the company&039;s plan
+ Indicators related to operating quality
- Update functions and tasks of the Department

- Education/ Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trading or related field is an advance (majoring in Economics, Transport, Commerce, Business Administration)

- Skill:

+ Proficient in Microsoft office...

+ Proficient in English

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Internal and external)

+ Can withstand high pressure
