Job Description

Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies
Participate in schema and data modeling design sessions
Implement clean code and adhere to coding best practices and standards
Bench test and provide test coverage for implemented code
Perform code reviews
Maintain and support current implementations of on-going applications and products
Follow required change and configuration management processes
Research and resolve production issues utilizing critical and logical thinking
Perform and support application deployments on lower and production environments as needed

Qualifications

General requirements:

Upper-Intermediate level of English level
5+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable position.
Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)

Technical requirements:

Proficient in Python
Strong experience in Python frameworks such as Django/ Flask/ FastAPI, etc.,
Strong experience in working with SQL and database design; PostgreSQL experience preferred
Experience in Web application/SaaS development

Nice to have/plus:

Experience with HTML/ CSS/ SCSS/ JavaScript/ Bootstrap and one of the following JavaScript frameworks: ReactJS, Angular,...
Experience with Microservices
Experience with NoSQL
Experience with OWASP security best practices
Linux/Unix experience is preferred
