Our Client is the FDI Company in North of Viet Nam and looking for some high Candidates for Senior Technician position as below:
Job description
• Support and control all sewing technicians and job trainers in the sample room while attaining the quality and responsible for technical-related issues in the sample room.
• Keep all sample room records/ reports pertaining to quality and productivity in order to address inefficiencies and prevent recurrence
• Enforce the team adherence to the daily plan and weekly plan effectively in order to facilitate smooth sample room production process and achieve target efficiency
• Manage the sample room quality team while achieving the quality standards and quality targets
• Attend the main fit events and communicate the event highlights to the team and the management
• Handling the grievances of the team by being the intermediate person for the team and HR
• Work closely with the development team by participating in key development meetings along with the costing meetings to provide a smooth process in the sample room
• Maintain a capable workforce for achieving the sample room objectives by continuous training and development along with multiskilling programs to strengthen the team skills and capabilities
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current job role, as and when requested by the management

• Graduated from University/ College with Major of Garment/Fashion Design or relevant.
• Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar job role in Garment Companies. Knowledge on Activewear Product /Handling experience (Jackets / Hoodies/ Woven shorts etc) is an advantage.
• Good at English communication.
• Commitment personality; Good at teamwork, communication skills, presentation skills & problem-solving skills.
