• EE MDI projects: Assist the Head of Division with the overall management of EE MDI projects of new EE architecture development to ensure the transparency in project's progress status, risks and other management issues; Coordinate the intra-program and inter-program flow of information of EE programs to ensure optimization of resources and deliverables; Manage issue resolution process with respect to Development and Testing & Validation bugs relating to the components owned by EE MDI.
  
• Cross-functional projects: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements; Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams; Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; Evaluate existing processes and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness; Support project planning, prioritization, and solution design discussions
  

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders for the seamless execution of assignments/ projects
  
• Established and/or ensure the Division's consistent and effective use of information systems including Business Information System/ TFS/ JIRA, Confluence, etc. for work purposes
  
• Quality: Drive the internal quality metrics including weekly reports to management and other internal reports; Coordinate task allocation and communication between teams to ensure alignment;
  
• Change management: Get alignment to update the division's plan; Monitor changes and lead the conducting of impact analysis.
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology and technology systems, computer science or relevant degrees
  
• Having +2 years of project management and related experience
  
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and diverse geographical locations
  
• Solid business acumen with strong understanding of planning, strategic thinking, and execution
  
• Experience in using project management/ product development/ product life cycle management tool such as JIRA, Team Center (preferred)
  
• Good knowledge of IoT products and services (preferred)
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  
• Experience in local or global automotive industry (preferred)
  
• Understand the inner workings of Vingroup/ VinFast to maximize the value of connectivity for the Enterprise (preferred)
