Responsibilities: ● Build process of guest welcoming and refine standards of guest experiences ● Make plans and execute company’s welcoming activities for customers/partners ● Follow up and take care guests during their visit ● Propose ideas to continuously improve guest visit experiences ● Take part in company events, ensuring the company’s presence & positive engagement ● Handle other related tasks as being assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements: • At least 3 years of equivalent experience • Experiences of working with foreigners is a must • Having experience in the fields including F&B, Customer Service, Public Relations, Flight Attendant; etc. is an advantage • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in economics, foreign languages, diplomacy, or hospitality/ tourism • Excellent in oral and written communication • Outgoing; strong in building relationships to bring excellent customer experience • Fluent English (especially speaking and listening skills) • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
