1. Complaints are received from a customer in charge, approach the player as a top priority and resolve the inconvenience.
2. Assist the Marketing Director with the planning, budgeting, analysis, and evaluation of assigned areas of responsibility including the annual E-Gaming Marketing Plan and the Financial Plan
3. Responsible for the assistant to creation and execution of the E-Gaming Marketing strategy which builds long-term relationships with customers and strengthens brand value.
4. Must be able to successfully manage all E-Gaming marketing areas while attaining a progressively increasing scope of responsibility.
5. Oversee the creation, development, and hosting of all on and off property events to maintain customer loyalty, develop new players, and re-establish patronage of in-active players.
6. Oversees the development and implementation of new programs to ensure high quality patronage and player migration through personalized services and attention.
7. Oversees the development and maintenance of VIP marketing strategy that increases market share and profitability.
8. Assist in the analysis and definition of the market for growth and development.
9. Plan, analyze, evaluate, and report on all E-Gaming marketing programs and staff.
10. Oversee patron complimentary procedures in accordance with company policy and profitability standards.
11. Establish department performance goals, analyze, evaluate, monitor and report on results for all assigned programs.
12. Responsible for revenue and profit targets, including the detailed analysis and reporting of gaming revenue and associated cost.
13. Responsible for ensuring the customer development on the floor as well as outside solicitation of customers via personal contact and group affiliations.
14. Maintain and evaluate high-end player files for telemarketing and direct mail purposes.
16. Must ensure that all employees under their supervision display exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
17. Assist guests with any and all reasonable customer service requests.
18. Act as present oneself as a credit to the company and encourage others to do the same.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Chinese native only
2. Eligible to work in Vietnam.
3. Strong creative mindset and international mindset
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
5. Excellent Written communication - English and Chinese
6. Knowledge of multiple online marketing channels
7. Knowledge of gaming marketing/operation regulations in Vietnam
8. Professionally presentable
9. Experience with marketing software and applications.
