We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Trade Marketing Management:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and implement effective trade marketing plans to drive sales.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report trade marketing activities' daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Manage and oversee the Trade Marketing team to achieve strategic and organizational goals.
2. Partnership Management:
- Discuss and align trade marketing plans with strategic customers/partners, incorporating their feedback.
- Expand the product portfolio and optimize distribution strategies to increase sales performance.
3. Budget Management:
- Strictly control the trade marketing budget by brand and distribution channel to maximize ROI.
- Track, monitor, and report trade marketing expenditures weekly and monthly to ensure resource efficiency.
4. Sales Forecasting:
- Forecast sales by SKU for each region/channel based on trade marketing plans and actual sales performance.
- Optimize inventory levels to reduce storage costs while maintaining availability.
- Implement clearance activities for slow-moving inventory to free up working capital.
5. Market Analysis:
- Conduct monthly market analysis by region and competitors and propose strategic action plans.
- Prepare in-depth market research and reports as required.
6. Team Management and Development:
- Assess, train, and develop team members in trade knowledge, communication skills, analytical abilities, and execution processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Male/Female, Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care, cosmetics, or F&B.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a Trade Marketing team.
- Proven experience in developing annual plans and budgets for brands/categories.
- Hands-on experience executing trade marketing activities across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in English (strong communication and presentation skills preferred).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of promotions, displays, POSM, and activations.
- Experienced in training and managing teams to execute marketing campaigns at the point of sale.
- Understanding of distribution system development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
