Drive the growth of new online business models, with the focus on GT online & Omni channel. Work closely externally (customers), and internally with Modern Trade team and ecommerce team to set up process/relationship/trading terms. Responsibilities: 1. Omni Channel: - Lead and drive Omni channels with KAMs and internal stakeholders, to ensure IDP successfully set up a clear business structure and plan with customers. - Ensure dedicated activity plan is well integrated in the full year of the top Customer plan - Ensure clear activity planning for each customer, to be discussed and aligned in JBP with Customers - Lead the budget proposal to get budget supporting for new models (both marketing and trade) - Ensure the implementation of key activities (top 5 key events by customers) through proper co-ordination with relevant teams: Brand marketing, Trade Marketing, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Media etc.. - Measure the success of new online biz models by customer and partner: monthly and FY sales and sales contribution - Make sure that the assortment and commercial strategy reflected in action plan. 2. GT online: - Lead and drive new initiatives with GT sellers of IDP to support them selling more our products via their online activities (livestream, community group, online stores,...) - Ensure clear activity planning for each customer, to be discussed and aligned with Marketing team, Trade, Sales GT - Find more insights from trade visit with GT team to understand business model of GT sellers• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field • 3+ years of new online business models from brand site for eCommerce, related role of FMCG companies • Strong knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing: livestream, digital media, eContent, digital customer research. • Firm understanding of Ecommerce solutions and all performance tactics • A proven track record of successful campaigns • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Creative thinker and problem solverThưởng Lương tháng 13 & thưởng kết quả kinh doanh (theo kết quả kinh doanh hàng năm) Chăm sóc sức khoẻ Khám sức khỏe định kỳ Cơ hội du lịch Team building hàng năm
