* Main responsibilities
- Take care of important customers of the company
- Find new customers, expand the market through conferences, forums, product fairs and other channels
- Making business plans, meeting, exchanging, introducing the company's products to customers;
- Undertake quotation, after-sales policy agreement and contract
- Track the shipping progress of each order; Check invoices and receipts
- Check the payment process, the debt of the order
- Responsible for ensuring payment on time, regulations and insurance costs of the order
- Resolve complaints, support customers when problems arise
- Make reports as requested by superiors
- Other requirements relevant to the scope of work
