I. ACCOUNT: 80%
1.Client Services:
- Continuously strengthen the relationship between Rivico, clients, and business partners, as well as promote the agency's culture and values.
- Manage daily client relationships, build and maintain strong working relationships so that clients trust and value your opinions.
- Regularly communicate with clients – respond to requests, attend meetings, provide status reports, gather information & conduct research, manage timelines, and obtain approvals.
- Manage client expectations and satisfaction to high standards in every campaign.
- Provide strategic advice to clients based on a deep understanding of marketing, branding, and strong knowledge and experience of social platforms.
- Lead a team to deliver the highest level of client service.
2. Project Management:
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop plans and lead presentations.
- Manage accounts and execute campaigns from start to finish, as well as project performance. - Monitor campaign and project performance, timelines, human resources, and budgets, and regularly report to the Manager.
- Identify and resolve issues before they arise.
- Complete projects according to specific schedules and within agreed budgets & KPIs.
- Use your communication skills to creatively and strategically push both clients and the internal team.
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams, including Planning, Creative, Media, and other companies in Rivico Group (Umedia, Vibula, PerA Solution, DTV, etc.) to ensure the best results for clients.
- Control the project’s profit and loss to ensure the required profitability for the agency.
- Develop case studies to build the agency’s reputation and credentials.
3.Team Development:
- Develop team members to meet the company’s business needs, such as assigning tasks, managing team workload and performance, and providing timely feedback to team members periodically.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in client service, project management, and team management.
- Inspire all related teams and solve everyone’s difficulties; listen to team members' concerns and motivate them; recognize good performance and manage underperformance.
II. BUSINESS: 20%
1. Current Clients:
- Build trust and maintain good relationships to promote business expansion with existing clients.
- Create opportunities to grow revenue in assigned accounts.
- Advise clients in the right direction based on the agency’s capabilities and client needs.
2. New Clients:
- Support the BD team in approaching new clients to drive sales.
- Acquiring new clients and new services for the agency is a plus.

1. Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of experience in account management in Branding agencies, Booking Agencies, Digital Agencies, or related fields.
- Excellent account management skills based on a deep understanding of marketing, branding; strong knowledge and experience in social platforms (Creative, Social Content, Social Media, KOL/Community, etc.).
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, human resources, and schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and budget constraints.
- Capable of working independently and supervising a team of 2-3 Account Executives.
2. Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills (English is an advantage).
- Effective team management capabilities. Ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team (not only the Account team but the entire project team).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as communication skills.
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects.
3. Personality:
- Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under high pressure to meet demanding deadlines and targets.

TVAG có trụ sở đặt tại Thôn Hà My Tây, Xã Điện Dương, Huyện Điện Bàn, Tỉnh Quảng Nam chuyên sản xuất và kinh doanh thức ăn chăn nuôi phục vụ cho toàn bộ nhu cầu của các tỉnh miền Trung.
Đến tháng 04 năm 2013, nhận thấy Việt Nam là một môi trường có tiềm năng rộng lớn, Thai Food Group quyết định mở rộng lĩnh vực đầu tư trong lĩnh vực chăn nuôi với việc thành lập thêm Công ty TNHH Thái Việt Swine Line, sau này đổi thành Công ty Cổ phần Thái Việt Swine Line, chuyên chăn nuôi lợn giống và lợn siêu nạc. TVSL có trụ sở chính đặt tại Thôn Trung Lương, Xã Tam Mỹ Tây, Huyện Núi Thành, Tỉnh Quảng Nam; và văn phòng đại diện đặt tại tầng 15, tòa nhà Công viên phần mềm Đà Nẵng - 02 Quang Trung, Quận Hải Châu, TP Đà Nẵng.
TVSL sở hữu 04 trang trại chăn nuôi lợn giống với quy mô 1.400 con nái mỗi trại, và ký hợp đồng nuôi gia công lợn thịt với hơn 35 trang trại trải dài từ Quảng Ngãi đến Quảng Trị.
