The Job
We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our team and support the English-speaking market. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our users by addressing inquiries and resolving app-related issues. As a key point of contact, you’ll handle customer support across channels like chat and email, while also collaborating with our team to enhance our users’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive, professional customer support via chat, email, and other platforms.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
• Support Salvia Advisors by managing and resolving queries on the advisor platform.
• Assist in maintaining and managing user feedback on the App Store and Google Play reviews.
• Contribute to social media support and Star School’s pre-sales inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Identify and report recurring issues or suggestions to improve product quality and user experience.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
• Excellent proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or higher).
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a problem-solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.
• Comfortable with multitasking and learning new tools, with an interest in social media and customer engagement.
