Job Description
- Research user behavior, habits and interviews, product experience flow, directly participate in the process of building user portraits, User Flow, Flowchart, Sitemap, and other techniques.
- Participate in researching, developing, designing UI/UX for the product's Website and Mobile Web according to requirements, based on User flow, Process flow, Sitemap and general Concept from the development team.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes and detailed designs and improve designs from feedback.
- Design visual elements such as images, charts, infographics, advertising banners, etc. to support communication and marketing strategies.
- Develop designs for digital products such as websites, social networks.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Maintain and develop the company's brand image through innovative and updated designs.
- Research and update new design trends to help improve product design quality.
- Ensure that designs meet quality standards and meet the requirements of the Cyber Security industry.
Requirements
- Experience related to the position: 1-2 years of experience in interface and experience design for Website and Mobile app
- Education: Student/graduate. Priority is given to students majoring in Business Administration; major/experience: Marketing, Communications; Graphic Design;… or equivalent course certificates.
Competence
- Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Deep understanding and expertise in researching and implementing UX Design.
- Understanding of the concepts of User flow, Task Flow, User Story, User Scenario to be able to convert requirements into business flows, task flows.
- Skilled in using related software tools to make Wireframe, Mockup, Prototype such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq, Figma.
- Ability to observe keenly, analyze problems well, and proactively propose appropriate solutions.
- Creative, always updated with trends, techniques and good knowledge of aesthetics.
- Solid knowledge of Branding when implementing UI/UX.
- Advantageous in understanding HTML, CSS and JavaScript, having basic knowledge of languages.
