A member of Vingroup, a leading company in its business sector, is looking for Director of Human Resources.

As the Director of Human Resources you will:

• play a pivotal role in our commitment to making a meaningful impact and foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
• shape the organization's human resources strategy and driving initiatives that align with our business objectives.
• be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing best practices to support our employees and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive work environment.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
• Having experiences in providing HR services to expatriates is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
• Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
• Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to develop and administer HR budgets.

HR Systems and Processes:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS and other HR systems.
• Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in HR systems and records.

Key selection criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Good command of English is a must.
• Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
